Reporting of conflict of interest situations


We believe that the reporting and discussion of public or private (professional/personal) conflict of interest situations in the area of food and nutrition is the first step towards prevention. To submit you report, follow the form provided below, although it is intended the content of the reports is minimally standardized. All items are optional but any item used for your report is required to provide verifiable evidence of the claims made.

This report will be reviewed by a sub-committee of the WPHNA Executive Committee before it is displayed on the website. Any reports later found to be inaccurate will be withdrawn.
